The Run
Anxiety was part of my first time experience when using Hoka Gaviota 5 for my running purpose. I was initially having a perception of pains I mostly dealt with after running, but Hoka Gaviota 5 made me feel some unique comfortability better than my perceived pains. I believe the H frame technology added to this model of Hoka shoe made all the difference because there was supination control during the running process. The shoe offers maximum stability as well as a luxury cushioning. The shoe is very light with regards to weight and that gave me some level of comfortability. The Gaviota 5 is an ideal shoe for every day activity, it offers the best support for day to day standing or work outs.

The Fit
The Gaviota 5 has an added bit of space around the pinky toe, which makes the shoe simply and comfortably the best. It presents a little wider outfitting than the Gaviota 4, and also offers enhanced stability. Considering accommodating fitness, the shoe, as compared to previous models of Hoka portrays lower weight and a smooth change through the fast-plant.
The heel of the Gaviota 5 shows a max-cushion rearfoot stack height of 36 mm to 39 mm with a 6 mm drop, which is considerate. It gives every individual the comfort they would like to have when wearing a shoe for all-day activity. The upper breathable and jacquard mesh structure offers the comfort I was expecting before wearing it for the first time.
The Feel
Hoka Gaviota 5 has a smooth and a gentle cushion. It perfectly fits in for individuals who do long runs, walking, and standing. It offers stability and is uniquely durable. Under the feet gives a foamy-like feel, all because of the dual-layer foam, which gives comfort. It makes you feel like you are running on a lighter surface due to the H frame technology and the soft EVA used.

The Verdict
For a fact, I was not a fan of Hoka footwear with wider platforms; it took the Gaviota 5 to give me that convincing decision to accept such a shoe. Thanks to the new design and H-frame technology, which did the magic for me. I tried my best to use the shoe for the price. I used it for all the runs one could talk of so that I could share my opinion in this review. I even at a point used it to perform my daily activities at work, all in the name of getting the comfortability and stability being talked about. This recommendation is from me; if you are interested in having all-day comfort, look no further because Gaviota 5 is all that you need. For lifestyle or normal running, the answer is Gaviota 5.
